Every claim we make should be checkable. If something here is out of date, the fault is ours, and we would rather you tell us than assume.
What sellers should expect from us
- Communication throughout. Sellers should be kept informed at every step rather than chasing someone for an update. That is the standard we hold ourselves to.
- Straight answers. The negotiation is direct and honest, including when the answer is not what you hoped.
- Flexibility on the closing date. Need to push closing back for a tenant, an estate, or a move? Tell us. The date is yours.
- Care in difficult situations. Handling a parent's house or an estate is more than a transaction, and we treat it that way.
- Payment arrives when promised. Funds are wired by the title company on closing day. No surprises at the table.
